Joan and I worked on linking the Bank of America with the Whirlwind Intuit Quickbooks account. Slowly I’m learning how to code and process it all.
Cleaned out a closet to make room for Penelope’s stroller and baby gear.
Talked with Catherine and her Virginia Tech team. They’re coming for one day on Penelope’s due date! I think she’ll be born two days later though.
Cooking Short ribs tonight. I seared them this morning and they’ve been marinating in Pom sauce and veggies in the crock pot. I’m putting them over creamy polenta. YuM! I even learned how to deseed a Pomegranate. Did you know you use a bowl of warm water to do it?
