Farmer’s Market with Perimeter Family!

What an awesome day with the Self Family and friends!

We enjoyed touring around and practicing Spanish with locals at the Farmer’s Market.

One of my friends, Keri, came shopped around.

My favorite purchase for the day was the fancy eggplant!

Keri and I baked eggplants for dinner with mozzarella and chopped tomatoes. YUM!

 

Looking forward to meeting with Shawn and the 12Stone family for Ethiopian tomorrow!
