Hello!
Put all the finishing touches on our geology project…
Love,
Ash
Ashley wants to make YOU part of what's happening in Atlanta!
I am your youngest North American Board Missionary. I am a full time student at Georgia Perimeter College majoring in Media Journalism. My passion is working with people and that’s exactly what I do at Kensington Station Apartments where I serve as the After School Director.
Hello!
I’ve been working hard with my geology team. Yesterday we filmed our “mockumentary.”
Started editing it early this morning (6:47 a.m.) I was so full of ideas.
Finished the first draft this afternoon.
Should be finished by tomorrow!
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post.

Ash
Completed the Invitations project! Got the stamps from the stone age post office and mailed them.
After class, which I’m VERY happy will be ending soon, I meet Dad and helped take pictures of the team.
Cooked Parmesan encrusted pork chops. Can you say, “OH yeah, babeh!”
Working on financial report and studying for Geology test tomorrow.

Ash
Got a lot done this weekend! Spring cleaning means changing out the old, dirty AC vent for a new one.
Got a dryer vent that fits. Now all the hot air goes outside. Whew! Ate a delicious lunch to celebrate.
After designing the invitations for our celebration in June, it’s time to print and cut them out. Went to Staples and got the supplies for around $50.
Funny…
Had fun with Jess and everybody at her family’s going away party. I can’t believe they’re leaving Wednesday….headed back to Kansas where she grew up.
Miles is going to be in Brian’s, a childhood friend’s, wedding. He got a sharp beach suit.
Then, for a gift, he and his dad made a bamboo wind chime from the bamboo he cut down at work.
I had fun talking with his Mom.
GREAT! Steak tips dinner. Miles, you’re an amazing cook.
Finishing up the Invitations project.

Ash
Over the weekend I hosted a great time from Alexander City, Alabama. We went on the tour and on the last day had a block party!
One of the ladies noticed that the sink in the mission had been left on. The sink was clogged and 25 gallons of water soaked the carpet in one of the rooms. Thankfully, Mrs. Tammy, knew exactly what to do. She and Miles spent about 3 hours wet-vacing the room.
It still kind of smells like a fish tank in there, but the kids don’t seem to notice.

Ash
Hey!
Had a fun day with the Acteens Activators from Alex City, Alabama.

Hello!
Ash helped me pick out a dryer cord and vent duct for the dryer. One step closer to getting it to work. Dad came over and helped install it. The vent duct was too small though… too bad.
Had fun at the mission. A church donated jackets for the kids.
About to study for my Historical Geology test tomorrow. Please be praying for me.
Also heard from my friend that her new apartment they just moved into has bed bugs. Please be praying for them.
